Customer Services & Products Manager

Paul joined Reverse Delta in 2010 as a Project Manager to assist with our growing portfolio of clients requests and new business. Since joining Paul has led the development of our Customer Service offering, ensuring our first class service extends beyond the initial engagement activities, through various communication and Support activities.
Prior to Reverse Delta, he spent 15 years within the Supply Chain sector for blue-chip organisations and gained significant experience in change management including International ERP System implementation projects, testing and End user training.
Seeking a new challenge, he then spent 5 years in Recruitment, for Supply Chain Professionals, with two of the countries leading recruitment specialists for the Supply Chain. However he still couldn’t get away from change project management, becoming strongly involved in leading the implementation of a new recruitment system and delivering all the training!
During this period, Paul also set up and managed a portfolio of websites for clients and kept this running during his ‘spare time’ as well as playing the occasion game of rugby or cricket! These sites included business, e-commerce, multi-user CMS and most interestingly full recruitment solutions. The tools he uses include ASP, PHP, HTML, CSS and MySQL/SQL.
With his experience of project, user and client management, his passion for web technology and his recruitment consultant background, he offers a unique blend of skills, technical and non-technical and life in the Supply Chain has instilled his passion for delivery and service.
